We operate Fleet Funnel, a trucking dispatch management platform. We connect owner-operators and company drivers with freight loads. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you apply or work with us:

• Identity: full name
• Contact: email address, mobile phone number, home ZIP code
• Business information: USDOT number, authority status, equipment type, truck year, years of experience, preferred lanes
• Financial: voided check (for payment setup), W-9
• Documents:Certificate of Insurance (COI), Commercial Driver's License (CDL), authority letter, and other carrier-packet documents you upload
• Communications: notes recorded during our conversations with you
• Technical: IP address (used for bot-detection only, not retained)

• To evaluate your application and onboard you as a driver
• To match you with freight loads that fit your equipment and lanes
• To send load offers, dispatch updates, and operational communications by email and SMS
• To verify your compliance documents and authority status
• To process payments and maintain dispatch agreements
• To detect and prevent fraud and bot submissions

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing unrelated to dispatch services.

4. Text message (SMS) communications

When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our application form, you agree to receive text messages from us, including load offers and dispatch updates, sent via automated technology.

• Message frequency: Varies based on available loads and dispatch activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• To stop receiving texts: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• For help: Reply HELP to any message, or email us at support@fleetfunnel.app.

Opting out of SMS does not remove your application or driver record from our system. To request removal of your data, see Section 7.

5. Email communications

We send transactional emails to confirm your application and deliver document upload links. These are operational messages related to your relationship with us, not marketing emails.

You may request at any time:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your personal data from our systems

To make a request, email support@fleetfunnel.dev with your full name and the email or phone number associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.

Note: deletion of active driver records may affect your ability to receive load offers. We may retain certain records as required by law (e.g., tax documents, dispatch agreements).

8. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Documents you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket and are not publicly accessible. We use row-level security on our database so only authorized staff can access your records.

9. Data retention

We retain applicant records for as long as your application or driver relationship is active. If you request deletion and there are no legal holds on your data, we will remove your personal information within 30 days. Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained for operational analytics.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
