Semi-truck running an open highway at dusk

Stop losing driver leads in your DMs.

Write the recruiting ad, collect driver leads, see who's actually ready to roll, and match them to loads — all in one place. Built for dispatchers running a handful of trucks, not a fleet with an IT department.

You already know how this goes.

None of this is a software problem. It's just a Tuesday. Fleet Funnel is one place where all three stop happening.

A driver messages you at 9:41 PM.You see it at lunch the next day. By then he's answering somebody else's ad.
You hear the COI expired from the broker. Not from your files. Not before you told them the load was covered.
There's a load out of Dallas and no idea who's empty. So you start texting drivers one at a time and hope somebody answers.

Hey, saw your ad. You still taking on owner operators?

Everything lands in one list

Every lead arrives with their info. Calls, notes, and reminders stay put.

Match and offer

Ranked drivers for the load, with reasons. Send the offer in a tap.

Every lead in one list, not five places.

Leads land the second the form is submitted — name, phone, equipment, where they like to run. Nothing gets copied out of Messenger at midnight.

  • Call notes and reminders live on the lead, so you know what you already asked
  • First dispatcher to claim a lead owns it — you never both call the same guy
  • Turn a lead into a driver in one click the moment they say yes
The Fleet Funnel leads board: four inbound driver leads with source, equipment, time submitted, and status

You'll know before the broker does.

Every driver carries a live readiness check. The moment a COI expires or a document goes missing they drop off your ready list — before you promise anybody a load.

  • Five checks: reachable, USDOT on file, valid COI, full carrier packet, signed agreement
  • Drivers upload their own paperwork from a link you text them
  • Recalculates the second anything lapses — there's nothing for you to remember

The right driver for the load, and why.

Paste the broker's email and we pull the load out of it. Only ready, available, right-equipment drivers come back — ranked, with the reasoning sitting right there.

  • Deadhead, availability, rate against their floor, and lane fit — all scored
  • Warns you before you offer below a driver's minimum
  • Offer to one or send to several — first to accept books it, no double-booking

Ad copy that sounds like your company, not a template.

Tell us your equipment and lanes, and we write a few headline-and-body variations in your company's voice — ready to paste into Meta or TikTok Ads Manager yourself. Every version links to your own branded application page, so drivers land somewhere with your name on it, not ours.

  • Multiple copy variants per campaign, generated in your voice — pick the one that fits
  • Every campaign gets its own tracking link, so you know which ad brought which driver
  • SoonConnect your Meta and TikTok accounts and publish straight from here — no copy-paste

$99 a month. That's the whole price list.

One plan, every feature. No per-lead fees, no setup fee, no annual contract, no “contact sales.”

Questions dispatchers actually ask

Do I need to be running Facebook ads already?

No. The survey link works on its own — text it to a driver who called you, drop it in a job post, put it in your email signature. If you do want to run ads, we'll generate the copy for your company and give you a tracking link to paste into your ad account. Connecting your Meta or TikTok account and publishing directly is coming next.

Does this replace my TMS?

No, and it isn't trying to. Fleet Funnel covers getting a driver from first contact to sitting on a load — recruiting, paperwork, and matching. Billing, settlements, and accounting stay wherever they are now.

I only run three trucks. Is this overkill?

That's exactly who it's built for. The whole thing assumes one person is doing dispatch, recruiting, and compliance at the same time, on a phone, between calls.

Can drivers send their own paperwork?

Yes. You text them a link and they upload their COI, W-9, CDL, authority letter, and voided check straight from their phone. The link expires on its own, so an old text can't be reused.

What about texting rules — am I going to get in trouble?

Consent is captured on the survey and carried through every message. If someone replies STOP they're unsubscribed automatically and we stop sending. You don't have to track it.

Where does my data live, and can other companies see it?

Your workspace is walled off from every other company on Fleet Funnel, enforced in the database itself rather than only in application code. Driver documents sit in private storage and are only ever served through short-lived links.

What happens after the 14 days?

It's $99/month, and that's when we ask for a card. Cancel before day 14 and you're never charged — we don't take card details up front, so there's nothing to claw back.
